Shipping Methods

• All UK orders shipped via the UK Courier 'Evri' as a large letter, small parcel or medium parcel depending on size.
• International orders are also shipped via 'Evri' using their international shipping service.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following destinations:

• United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland)
• Europe, Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, United States

Processing Times

• We endeavour to process / package all orders ready for dispatch on the same or next working day
• Orders are dispatched via our courier services on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
• Processing and dispatch times are subject to change for national holidays.
  
• Our working days are Monday to Friday, at peak times we may extend our working days to include weekends.

Shipping Times

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
• Orders to the United Kingdom are typically received within 1-5 days
• Orders to the rest of the world are typically received with 11 business days

Shipping Costs

• The shipping costs depend on the monetary value of your order and it's total size and weight, this is calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery

• Delivery within the SK17 postcode only (Buxton, Derbyshire) is available for free, regardless of weight or size.

• Local delivery orders are subject to standard order processing times and will be hand-delivered the same or next working day.

In-Store Pickup

• We do not currently offer a publicly accessible store or any options for in-store collections.
